Return shipping is typically paid by the customer, and approved returns may include restocking fees based on product condition and return type.

Inspect while the driver is on site and note all issues on delivery paperwork before signing. If packaging is damaged, note "Package Damaged".

Hardware-only orders ship for $14.99, free on hardware orders of $149 or more, with a $75 minimum for hardware-only orders. They arrive 3–5 business days after they ship. Handles added to a cabinet order ship with the cabinets at no extra charge, and sample doors never count toward the hardware thresholds.

The warranty covers qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for eligible cabinet components.

Natural wood variation, hand-applied glaze variation, and certain seasonal movement effects are expected and typically not considered defects.
