A 10x10 kitchen is the standard layout for comparing cabinet prices: an L-shaped kitchen with two 10-foot walls, leaving room for a range, dishwasher and refrigerator. No. The planner is a visual layout tool: it shows how your cabinets look together, but it does not check your design against your actual room, walls, windows, plumbing, electrical, or appliances. Measure your space and confirm every cabinet size, clearance, and appliance opening before you order. Cabinets ordered in the wrong size are standard returns under our Return Policy, including the 25% restocking fee. If you're unsure about a size, contact us before you order. No. Toe kicks, fillers, panels, skins, and moulding are estimated from the layout you drew. What you actually need depends on your room and on how your installer cuts and fits them, so review your cart and add or remove accessories to match your project before you pay. Ordering a little extra trim and filler is common practice.

Submit your return request within 30 days of delivery through our Contact Us page with your order confirmation number, the reason, and photos when applicable. We'll email you return instructions.

Yes. Items you have assembled or modified (for example cut or drilled), items not in their original packaging, and returns without the original invoice or sales order are not returnable. See our Return Policy for the full list.

You arrange and pay for return shipping with the carrier of your choice; contact us first and we'll email you the return address, a warehouse in Texas. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. See our Return Policy for details.

Inspect while the driver is on site and note all issues on delivery paperwork before signing. If packaging is damaged, note "Package Damaged".

Cabinet orders start at $1,500 (cabinets, accessories and hardware, after discounts and before any coupon). Shipping is $499 for orders under $2,000, $299 for orders from $2,000 to $2,999.99, and free from $3,000. The amount is based on your subtotal after discounts and before any coupon, it is the same price nationwide, and it is shown in your cart before you pay and never changes after you order. Sample doors ship free and do not count toward these amounts. Expedited delivery is available at checkout for an extra $500.

Hardware-only orders ship for $14.99, free on hardware orders of $149 or more, with a $75 minimum for hardware-only orders. They arrive 3–5 business days after they ship. Handles added to a cabinet order ship with the cabinets at no extra charge, and sample doors never count toward the hardware thresholds.

Orders ship within 1–5 business days of payment. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days; items transferred from another warehouse can take up to 5. Cabinet orders then arrive 6–10 business days after they ship with standard delivery, or 5–7 business days with expedited delivery (an extra $500, selected at checkout). Hardware-only orders arrive 3–5 business days after your order ships. Delivery times may be affected by events beyond our control.

The warranty covers qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for eligible cabinet components.

Natural wood variation, hand-applied glaze variation, and certain seasonal movement effects are expected and typically not considered defects.

Send a written claim with order info, issue details, photos, and proof of purchase. Our team may request additional documents or part returns for review.
