Limited 12-Month Warranty

We provide a limited 12-month warranty from date of purchase for qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Proof of purchase is required. Coverage applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

What Is Covered

• Cabinet boxes, doors, door frames, drawer fronts, and shelves.
• Roll-out trays, base end panels, and shelving clips.
• Standard cabinet accessories (such as toe kick and molding).
• Door hinges and drawer glides.

If a covered defect is confirmed, we may repair, replace, or modify the affected component at our discretion with a functionally equivalent part.

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear, finish fading, discoloration, and natural aging.
• Improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, or poor maintenance.
• Products altered, modified, or used outside intended purpose.
• Outdoor use, transit damage, or damage from flood, fire, or other acts of God.
• Labor, removal, reinstallation, freight, transport, and service-call costs.
• Installations outside recommended storage/use temperatures of 50–85°F.

Repair or Replacement

If a claim is approved, we may repair or replace the affected item with a functionally equivalent product. Replacement parts may vary from the original due to availability. Return of the defective product may be required before replacement is issued. Company-paid replacement parts do not include customer-incurred labor or related field service expenses.

Natural Material & Finish Disclaimers

• Wood color, grain, and stain shade variation are natural and not defects.
• Hand-applied glazed finishes can vary between doors/drawers and are not defects.
• Paint joint lines/splits may appear with seasonal movement and are not defects.
• Doors warped up to 1/4 inch and moldings/panels up to 2 inches are considered acceptable tolerance.
• Doors and center panels should acclimate for at least 3 months before defect evaluation.
• After acclimation, center-panel shrinkage claims are considered when movement exceeds 1/8 inch.

Hinges and Slides

Many hinge/slide issues are caused by installation or adjustment. Please review installation and adjustment guidance before filing a hardware defect claim.

Legal Scope

Warranty is valid only within the United States and is limited to the terms stated here. To the extent permitted by law, special, incidental, or consequential damages may be excluded. State-specific consumer rights may vary.

How to File a Claim

Please submit claims in writing with order details, a description of the issue, photos, and proof of purchase to our support team for review. We may request additional documentation and/or return of affected parts as part of claim validation.
