Privacy Policy

Information You Give Us

• Account details — the email address and password you register with.
• Order details — name, shipping address, phone number and email address, collected at checkout so we can price shipping, calculate tax and deliver your order.
• Quote requests and messages — anything you send us through the cabinet quote tool or the contact form.

Payment Information

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered directly into Stripe's payment form and is never received or stored on our servers. We keep the payment reference Stripe returns so we can match a payment to your order and handle refunds.

If you choose Affirm or Klarna at checkout, you are taken to that provider to apply, and it decides eligibility and terms under its own privacy policy. Product pages also show Affirm and Klarna monthly payment estimates through Stripe; to display it, Stripe's script loads on those pages and may use cookies and your IP address for fraud prevention, as it does at checkout.

Information Collected Automatically

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the store is used. It records page views, which links and buttons are clicked, how far down a page you scroll, how long you stay, which cabinet finishes you look at, and the products you view, add to your cart and buy — including item codes, quantities and order totals.

We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records a playback of your visit — pointer movement, clicks and scrolling — so we can see where the site is confusing. We do not use these recordings to identify you. Clarity is not loaded at all if you decline cookies or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

Cookies and Similar Storage

• Strictly necessary — your shopping cart, your signed-in session and your payment in progress are stored in your browser so the store works. These cannot be turned off.
• Analytics — used to measure how the store is used, as described above.
• Advertising measurement — if you arrive from one of our ads, a Google click identifier is stored so we can tell which advertising leads to orders. This is the category the Decline button switches off.
• Your cookie choice — we store the choice itself, and the date you made it, so we do not ask again on every visit.

Review Surveys

When your order is confirmed we ask Google to show you an invitation to review your purchase, through a programme called Google Customer Reviews. To display that invitation we send Google your order number, your email address, the country the order is being delivered to, and an estimated delivery date. This happens at the point the invitation is shown to you, not when you answer it. Google emails you a survey only if you accept; declining the invitation, or ignoring it, means no survey is sent.

We do not send Google a list of the products you bought. Taking the survey is optional and has no effect on your order, your delivery or your ability to return anything.

The invitation is not shown, and none of the details above are sent, if you have declined cookies or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

Who We Share Information With

• Stripe — to take payment and to show Affirm and Klarna payment estimates.
• Affirm and Klarna — only if you choose to pay with one of them.
• Google — analytics, advertising measurement, and the review survey described above.
• Microsoft — session replay through Clarity.
• Microsoft Azure — hosting, and storage of product images and 3D models.
• Shipping carriers and our fulfilment partners, to the extent needed to deliver your order.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Using advertising cookies may count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising under some US state privacy laws, which is why the control below is provided.

Your Choices

• Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information — use the button below to withdraw consent for advertising measurement, session recording and review survey invitations.
• Global Privacy Control — if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically. You do not need to do anything else.
• Access and deletion — you may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, through our contact page.

Children

This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
