Terms of Service

1. Who Can Order

We sell to customers in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.

2. Products and Product Information

Our cabinets are ready-to-assemble (RTA) and ship unassembled. Assembly and installation are your responsibility. We try to describe every product accurately, but colors, wood grain, and finishes vary between screens, photos, 3D renderings, and production batches. Order a sample door if the exact finish matters to you. You are responsible for measuring your space and confirming that the sizes and quantities you order fit your project; the Kitchen Planner Terms of Use apply to designs made with our planner.

3. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are in US dollars. The prices, shipping charge, and taxes shown at checkout are the ones that apply to your order. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. Payment is taken when you place your order. Pay-over-time options are provided by Affirm and Klarna, which set their own eligibility and terms.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid, or contact you to confirm the correct price before shipping.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order confirmation email confirms we received your order. We may decline or cancel an order, in full or in part, for example if an item is unavailable, a price is wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund what you paid for the cancelled items to your original payment method. To change or cancel an order you placed, contact us as soon as possible; orders that have already shipped are handled as returns.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Return Policy, and product defects by our Warranty. Inspect freight deliveries and note any damage on the delivery paperwork before signing.

6. Coupons and Promotions

Coupons and promotions apply only under the terms stated with them, have no cash value, and unless stated otherwise only one coupon can be used per order.

7. Accounts and Your Content

Keep your account sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Files, photos, and messages you send us (for example with a support request) must be yours to share, and you allow us to use them to handle your request.

8. Site Content

Text, photos, 3D models, and software on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Except for the warranty stated in our Warranty policy, products and the website are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including installation or labor costs and project delays, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law of the United States.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The terms posted on this page when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
